ORDERS AND DELIVERIES
We are accepting and processing orders as normal. All members of our order fulfilment team are following strict social distancing rules within our warehouse.
Our couriers are now operating contactless deliveries to keep you safe!
 
CUSTOMER SERVICE
All of our customer service team are working from home as we continue to prioritise the health and well-being. As a result, our call centre has been temporarily closed.

RETURNS
We’ve extended our returns policy to 120 days to give everyone plenty of time to return items to us when it’s safe to do so. There is no rush.
